Developing the “First Response” Doctrine for Large-scale Hazmat (Hazardous Materials) Incidents.

ISRATEAM has carried out a national project for the Ministry of the Environment which is responsible for mitigating the consequences of Hazmat incidents in Israel. For this project, Col. Itai Peleg  has written the operational doctrine for handling incidents with an emphasis on command, control and communication at the site. The Company has also given courses on theory and operational procedures for the Ministry of the Environment and other organizations handling Hazmat incidents.
